Foreclosures in Florida

Foreclosures are painful!Foreclosures are painful... get over it!

The number of home foreclosures in Florida are second only to California in number. While a painful topic of discussion even when these numbers are not as high as they are today, it's a simple fact that they do happen.

Once a property has been judged in foreclosure, the court gives public notice, holds a public auction, and sells the property to the highest bidder. This requires that the purchaser physically be at the appointed place and time to be able to bid on it.

Often, the lender will actually make the purchase because they can make more by reselling it than giving it up at a very low price.

This site will showcase whatever you want it to! Foreclosed homes/property, homes or businesses for sale, repossessed vehicles...
